About This Tour


For only $180 per day, you will experience five star hotels with luscious feasts for breakfast and dinner, all entrance fees and air-conditioned bus transportation, and the most knowledgeable, inspirational tour guide ever. We will visit sites like the Mt. of Transfiguration, Bethsaida (home of Peter, Andrew and Philip), and the new US Embassy in Jerusalem – all not found on most tour groups. The total price of $3014 includes airfare to and from Charlotte, North Carolina. If you arrange your own flight, the total cost for the tour would only be $1630. As a dedicated Christian tour group, we will hold worship services on the Sea of Galilee, at the Garden of Gethsemane, and at the Garden Tomb. About This Group

The Peach Tour is led by Rev. John H Peach, a lifelong student of the Bible who has his Masters from Liberty University and has written ten books. He has traveled to Israel multiple times, leading and teaching others through the Promised Land. He and his wife Maria can’t wait to welcome you and travel through Israel, using the Bible as your map and guide!

Thursday, February 14

Depart Charlotte Airport with flight # LH429 to Munich with onward connection from Munich to Tel Aviv with flight # LH 688.

Friday, February 15

Arrive Ben Gurion Airport with LH flight # 688 at 4 p.m. Meet and assist by Immanuel Tours Representative. After border formalities meet your guide – Mati and your driver.
We drive along the coastal plain to Netanya for dinner and overnight at the
Leonardo Plaza Hotel.

Saturday, February 16

Check out after Breakfast at 09:00 am.

Saturday Our first stop today will be at Caesarea Maritima, built by King Herod, Caesarea
later became the seat of government for the Roman Governor, Pontius Pilate, who sat in judgement over Jesus and sentence Him to be crucified. We will have a short visit of this archaeological site and continue to Mt. Carmel. Visit Mukhraka –“place of sacrifice”, where the Prophet Elijah challenged the priets of Baal (1Kings 18:16-39).

We will drive across the Carmel Crest, driving by the Druze Villages and the Haifa University to a beautiful panoramic view point over Haifa Bay. Continue on to Megiddo ,a giant fortress and city built by King Solomon (1 Kings 9:15). In the New Testament Megiddo (Armageddon) is referred to as the site of the “final battle”mentioned in Revelations 16. or a visit. From here we drive to Nazareth a town in the hill country of Galilee where Jesus grew up (Matt. 2:23; Luke 1:26; Luke 2; Luke 4:16-30) to manhood. We will stop at Mt.Precipice, the mountain from which the Nazareth people were trying to push Jesus after he infuriated them with his sermon, declaring himself as the Messiah (Luke 4). This is followed by a visit the Nazareth Village, an open air museum that reconstructs and reenacts village life in the Galilee in the time of Jesus. We will also visit the Synagogue Church before we continue to Cana to visit the
Greek Orthodox Church. Finally we check in to the Ron Beach Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Sunday, February 17

After breakfast we will enjoy a full day tour around the Sea of Galilee. visiting:  After breakfast we will visit the “Jesus Boat” Museum which houses a fishing boat from the time of Jesus (Matthew 4:12-25). From here, we take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. We will also visit Magdala, the birthplace and home of Mary Magdalene (Luke 8:1-2). We drive via Chorazim, a town rebuked by Jesus for its lack of faith (Matthew 11:21-23) to Mt. Beatitudes where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7). We continue to Capernaum where Jesus lived and performed many signs and wonders (Matthew 8:5-13) . Here we will visit the ancient synagogue (Mark 1:21-28) and the “House of Peter” (Matthew 8:14-17). Located on the northern Sea of Galilee shore, Capernaum was the center of Jesus’ Galilean
Ministry. We end the day at Yardenit for baptism in the Jordan River. Those who wish will have the opportunity for baptism (Bring change of clothes if you want to be baptized by immersion at the River Jordan).

Monday, February 18

Today we will enjoy a full day tour to the Golan Heights. Our first stop will be Monday at Bethsaida, the location of the homes of Jesus disciples Peter, Philip and Andrew as well as the location where Jesus healed the blind man (Matthew 1:21, Luke 10:13). Drive up to Mt. Bental to an observation point of the Syrian border where we can look into the ghost town of Kuneitra and the “Road to Damascus”. We will stop at one of the sources of the River Jordan at Banias, the site of Caesarea Philippi, where the Apostle Peter made his great confession of faith in Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God. Here we will also hike to the Banias Water
Fall, the biggest waterfall in Israel. We continue to Tel Dan, the ruins of the northernmost town in biblical Israel (hence the saying “From Dan to Beersheba) . We end this day at a beautiful view point over the Sea of Galilee called Peace Visa. Return to the Ron Beach Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Tuesday, February 19

Check out of the Rimonim Galei Kinneret Hotel after breakfast and start the tour today on Mt. Tabor , a prominent mountain southwest of the Sea of Galilee. It was here that Deborah and Barak defeated the forces of Sisera. Mt. Tabor is believed to be the “high mountain” which Jesus ascended for the Transfiguration (Matthew17:1-13; Mark 9:2-8). We continue along the Jordan Valley visit the traditional place of the baptism of Jesus in the River Jordan near Jericho called Qasr El Yahud. Next we drive on to Jericho, the ancient city made famous by Joshua having his men of war walk around the walls surrounding Jericho and with the long blast of a horn and the multitude shouting, the wall around the city fell down. We continue the drive along the Judean Desert to Bethany, where stood the House of Martha and Mary. There is a church commemorating the raising of Lazarus from the dead and we shall have the opportunity of visiting his tomb. After a very full day we arrive at Jerusalem, the “city of God” and take a first glimpse of the Holy City from one of the heights surrounding Jerusalem before checking into Hotel Dan Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

Wednesday, February 20

We begin this day after breakfast, driving to the top of Mount of Olives, for a majestic view over all of ancient and modern Jerusalem, the center of the biblical world. We visit the Chapel of Ascension. Then we drive down to the Garden of Gethsemane (Private Garden) and the Church of All Nations where Christ prayed on the night of His betrayal (Luke 22:40-46). We now enter the Old City walls through the Dung Gate and visit the Davidson Center which includes the Hulda Steps and the Southern Wall Archaeological Garden. We will end this day’s tour with a visit to the Western (Wailing) Wall. Return to the Dan hotel for dinner and overnight.

Thursday, February 21

We start the tour this day after an EARLY breakfast. We will walk to the Thursday Temple Mount, a holy site within the Old City for Jewish, Christian and Muslim people. All visitors are able to tour the compound and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, with the exception of the Dome of the Rock. Walk through the narrow streets of the Old City and through the Jewish Quarter with the Cardo- Jerusalem’s main street 1500 years ago. Visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. We now drive to the New City driving by the Knesset (Israel’s parliament building) to the Israel Museum including the Shrine of the Book and the Model of Jerusalem as it was 2000 years ago. We will visit Yad Vashem memorial to the victims of the Holocaust. In the Afternoon we drive to Bethlehem, the royal city of David, where Jesus was born (Luke 2) . We’ll visit the Church of Nativity and the Field of the Shepherds where the Angel of the
Lord proclaimed the birth of the Savior. On our way back to Jerusalem we will drive by the newly established American Embassy in Jerusalem.

Friday, February 22

This morning we depart from Jerusalem, driving through the Judean desert and Friday along the shores of the Dead Sea to visit the Mountain fortress of Massada, the site of the last Jewish resistance against the Romans in 73 AD. Ascent and descend by cable car. Next there will be an opportunity to enjoy a bathe in the mineral rich waters of the Dead Sea . From here we drive to Ein Gedi, where young King David hid in a cave when running from Saul and he
composed several of his Psalms. This is followed by a visit to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were written over 2000 years ago. We return to the Dan Hotel in Jerusalem in time for Kabbalat Shabbat (the welcoming of the Shabbat). Dinner and overnight at the Dan Hotel Jerusalem.

Saturday, February 23

After breakfast we drive to the Mount Zion. Here we will visit the Upper Room and the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu. We will visit the House of Caiaphas where Jesus interrogated the High Priest (Matthew 26:57-68; John 18:19-27). We will end our stay in Jerusalem with a visit to the Garden Tomb and Gordon’s Golgotha. Here we will have the opportunity to celebrate the Lord’s supper. We depart Jerusalem and drive to Old Jaffa , (New Testament Joppa) where Jonah boarded a ship for Tarshish (Jonah 1) and the Apostle Peter (Acts 9-10) received God’s command to preach the Tospel to the Gentiles. It was here that Peter stayed in the home of Simon the Tanner. It was also here that Peter brought Tabitha back from the dead (Acts 9:36-43). We arrive Kfar Maccabiah Hotel in the late afternoon. We will enjoy dinner followed by a farewell meeting in a private room to summarize the trip , share our experiences and testimonies.

Sunday, February 24

EARLY MORNING transfer to Ben Gurion Airport to catch the homebound flight # 683 departing at 07:00 a.m. to Munich with onward connection to Charlotte with flight # LH428

Monday, November 18

This morning we depart from Jerusalem, driving through the Judean desert and along the shores of the Dead Sea to visit the Mountain fortress of Massada, the site of the last Jewish resistance against the Romans in 73 AD. Ascent and descend by cable car. Next there will be an opportunity to bathe in the waters of the Dead Sea – the lowest spot on the face of Earth, followed by a visit to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were written over 2000 years ago. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
